How it all Began

My name is Caleb Shelburne, owner of Robin Hood Roofing. My wife and I met at John Brown University, where I graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I spent my college summers working for Hartman Roofing in my hometown of Midland, Texas.

After graduation, my wife and I worked for local nonprofits here in Arkansas before heading back to Texas to work at Hartman Roofing. I started as the repair guy, moved on to salesman and most recently was operational manager for the past few years.


Seven years and three adorable girls later, we felt the pull back to NWA and are returning as a family of five to build Robin Hood Roofing. We strive to be known for educating customers, roofing with excellence, and taking care of our employees. We believe the best way to do a quality job is to clearly communicate every step of the process and to invest in those working for us. Being involved with our community is important to us, which is how we got our name.


Robin Hood Roofing came from our passion for community and my childhood favorite fairytale. Robin Hood is well liked and all about helping people. That’s what we want to represent with this roofing company. We want to be your local roofer – the one you trust and can call on when problems arise. Most importantly, we will work hard on your roof so you can focus on what matters most underneath it.
